## What GreenTechNA does

GreenTechNA operates three integrated practices:

1. **Strategic & Market Advisory** — Independent advisory supporting early-stage decisions for the energy transition. Includes strategic planning and carbon neutrality roadmaps, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, market entry assessments (technology- and geography-specific), and policy, peer and institutional advisory.
2. **Investment & Market Expansion** — Investment facilitation, partnership development and cross-border market entry for renewable energy developers, investors and technology providers expanding between Europe and North America.
3. **Project Development & Execution** — End-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects, including district energy systems, low-carbon heating and cooling, sector coupling, and waste-heat recovery.

## About the founder

Niels Vilstrup is a Danish mechanical engineer specializing in Energy Construction and Thermodynamics. Before founding GreenTechNA he served as Deputy Director at Lonsdale Energy Corporation in North Vancouver, where he led renewable energy projects and developed carbon-neutral strategies. Earlier he was Head of the Danish District Energy Advisory (DDEA) in North America at the Royal Danish Embassy in Washington D.C., facilitating more than $2 million in district energy export initiatives over four years. His experience spans Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, including a posting in Doha, Qatar as design manager for a major district cooling system.
